To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z277's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your z277 account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
